practices and 20 learning circles comprised of AIESEC members,

National Products Portfolio Launch
It is a pleasure for us to let all out network know about a great
improvement that AIESEC in Mexico has taken in order to give our
members the opportunity to live a wide and deep AIESEC Experience
and at the same time, the correct opportunities for external
companies and organizations to engage and activate their leadership
with us.
Our National Products Portfolio is deeply aligned with our strategy
and aims to involve organizations for the right reasons reaching
this way the right contribution from their side. Besides, we break
the history of the exchanges made in the traditional way, and we put
them in a complete Corporate Responsibility or Entrepreneurship
frame. Our partners, through this portfolio, will impact directly
the elements of the learning of our members.
If you want to know more about the opportunities our Portfolio
involves, don't hesitate to ask us.

Involving Outside For Right Reasons
This month the national strategy which aims to support the Local
Committees about their achievement of greater number of partners is
launched. It also includes a new National Segmentation System to
identify the best companies to partner with and also a new tracking
system to provide a high quality service to our partners. "Involving
the outside for the right reasons" is our target for this year.
The regional partnership with The McGraw-Hill Companies have
accomplished the first year with the America's Region. The company
stated their pleasure about the partnership with these words:
"AIESEC traineeship program has helped us accelerate our culture
change strategy, and after a year is now bringing consistent and
lasting results from talented individuals from various countries.
They have demonstrated leadership, accountability, drive for
results, but mainly a sense of "we can do it, through active
participation""

Considering the high number of extraordinary elections for Human
Capital Directors, we have put a special focus on creating knowledge
and achieving a greater continuity in the area. Besides increasing
the contact with local committees Human Capital Coordinators,
the
Activities Libraries for all areas and all stages of engagement
in AIESEC have received a complete polish up. The Activities Library
is a tool that states the competencies a member should have at the
beginning and at the end of the position as well as obligatory and
optional activities to foster their development including
self-driven learning material, trainings and conferences.
Another really useful tool is the new
Transition Guide which will support all new Human Capital
Directors to get started by asking the right questions to their
predecessor and motivate the outgoing director to provide a
high-quality transition. This material is a short but practical
guide is supposed to anticipate questions that usually occur later
into the work when transition is over and that gives the elected
person a clue of what he should know. Besides this, the guide
stresses the importance of giving and receiving transition since the
topic is usually not taken sufficiently into account.
