The main changes and new points approved during the International Legislation Meeting in Turkey - IC 2007:

- The Spanish Speaking Growth Network has changed his name to Iberoamerica Growth Network (IGN). This change was done because the last name did not consider the Portuguese language and to include more countries interested in our GN.
- Edyson Dos Santos (PAI 2006-2007), was named as member of the Supervisory Group of AIESEC International for the period 2007-2008.
- The next International Congress 2009 will be hosted in Malaysia.
- India is officially allowed to expand to Mauritius.
- Iran is an official extension
- AIESEC in Mexico supported to AIESEC in El Salvador to start the research in Honduras for a potential expansion.
- AIESEC in Japan was mandated to host one of the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of AIESEC globally.

In order to strengthen the national structure and our learning platform, aiming to create more and more leadership opportunities and through this way, activating leadership, is nowadays in a huge campaign of partner's creation.

It's a great pleasure to announce that HSBC (www.hsbc.com.mx) is a new national TALENT Partner. Through this partnership, we'll be able to give concrete opportunities to our members, will be participating in our conferences, and will boost our International Exchange Program.

After waiting exactly 1 year (from IC 2006), AIESEC International created, what they promised - our new electronic platform called MyAIESEC.net.

This system will change all current systems (Aiesec.net, Insigh XP, AIESEConnect, ...) in order to align system to AIESEC strategies. Currently TCS (system development company) preparing infrastructure, making information transition, ... and already soon you will have possibility to use new information system.

New system is based on profile (current one on community) include AIESEC XP steps, it has Wiki for storing knowledge, possibility to create your own friends/cooperation partners network and many new options.

Human Capital has changed to Talent Management, because we will align it to the international framework and because we do more than only people recruitment, we are leaders who know how to develop and manage the talent of aiesecers.

Well done! The most of the LCs had great success with their informative sessions. Congratulations specially to LC Ciudad Juarez who had more than 228 applicants!!!!! in the recruitment process. Now you know that when you want it, you can get it !!!!!

So, how is your induction and selection going? Remember that is important that all of your members have a complete induction, this help you to develop them.

Don't forget to promote and register yourself and the new members for the XM/TRS/NOPS.

Exchange announcement for all AIESEC Mexico:

1.- We have 20 available TN and 72 available EPs. And by this Newsletter Exchange Team is launching the
"CLEANING OUT THE HOUSE" campaign.
We will start for this month an exhaustive promotion and matching in order to send all EP's to their internships and fulfill companies’ requirements.
