As part of the contribution provided by AIESEC International to increase the performance and focus of every country of the network. From the 22nd of October to the 2nd of November, AIESEC in Mexico received the visit of Juan Cajiao, Iberoamerica Growth Network Director and Asier Ansorena, Project Manager Director of the region.

Collaborate as Chair and Facilitator during our National Conference of Execution and Taking Responsibility at the end of October.
Increase the performance of plans and actions of the Member Committee of AIESEC in Mexico.
Provide experience and proposals to every project created in the country in order to increase the number of exchanges and members working on them.
Assist to several companies to promote and get new partnerships on behalf of AIESEC and the Iberoamerica Region.
Set and communicate the global goals for Mexico and empower the people to achieve and increase the number of exchanges.

From the 25 to the 28 of October of this year, was celebrated the W8 Forum of Leaders in Manzanillo, Colima. The objective of this forum was to join to more than 500 leaders from different areas in order to attend conferences and experiences from organizations of impact and related to leadership. The main responsible of organizing this conference was Victor del Rosal, graduated from ITESM Mty and who participated as EP four years ago with AIESEC.

For this event, AIESEC in Mexico was invited to attend the conference and also give promos and posters about the organization as developer of young leaders. This event was celebrated during the same dates of our national conference, therefore, a representative was chosen to attend to this conference and explain what AIESEC does and promote our main activities. This person was Constanza GomezMont, who is currently working in LC ITAM in the area related to projects and a sustainable development.

In the forum were participated:
- More than 500 leaders from different parts of the world and the country.
- Bob Doyle, expert in the "Atraction Law", Atlanta, GA
- Chellie Campbell, expert in personal finances, Los Ángeles, CA
- Isha, specialist in topics related to spiritual balance, Costa Azul, Uruguay;
- Patrick Devlyn, Vicepresident of Devlyn Group.

The Corporate Responsibility Day of AIESEC in Mexico was celebrated the last 25th of October in UPIICSA, school of Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
The objective of this day was to inform and develop topics related to the responsibility that different companies should have with the society. This information will help to develop the members of AIESEC in Mexico not only in terms of leadership as our main strategy, but in terms of truly understanding to our environment and how the companies can do better things for the society in general.

The main topic of the conference was related to "Citizens of the World" and the topics, projects and ideas related to this important issue.
For this purpose, AIESEC in Mexico had as guests' people from different companies and government:

- Hewllett Packard
- Gobierno del Distrito Federal
- SunMycrosistems
- Red Puentes

Thanks to these participants, AIESEC in Mexico received a complete perspective about the Corporate Social Responsibility in Mexico.

At 24th of October, AIESEC in Mexico celebrated the most important event for their StakeHolders.
The Stakeholders Gala, was celebrated in Club de Industriales in Mexico City with our main companies, founders, alumni and current responsibles for our main projects in the organization.

During this event, we had the presence of the National Board of Advisors members such as the main Executives of several companies as:

During this event, AIESEC in Mexico members, presented the current reality and future of our organization, the impact and relevance our association has in terms of developing leaders and encourage the young people to discover and develop their potential.

On behalf of AIESEC in Mexico I want to recognize the commitment to all of the assistants, more than 150, who keep contributing for the development of agents of change in our society.

This was a unique intense experience, three stages of the AIESEC eXPerience in one single room, 230 delegates sharing, learning and living aiesec experiences.

We learn about what is the role of AIESEC international, the GN´s and Mexico as part of the international network, also got to know what happened in the IC 2007 in Turkey and how this conference impacted AIESEC Mexican delegates, they participated as facis in the fist day of the conference sharing their experience. During the conference our alumni participated in external training to develop the skills of the XM delegates. In the last day of the conference the alumni shared with us about their experience and how AIESEC impact in their life's, this motivated our delegate to start to think their own AIESEC history.

The TRS had a successful AIESEC XP simulation; where the members understand how as a global organization give opportunities to live different experience and how AIESEC work in a global level.

The AIESEC culture, sessions, delegates, facilitators, alumni, chair made this conference the most excited experience of our term.

Exchange numbers are increasing this term, we want to congratulate to all AIESEC people because we reach 4084 exchanges globally in the middle of November, last year we reach 4103 exchange in the whole year so let's keep working together and pass this number.

Actually we are starting the new campaigns LET’S Go ASIA, ALL for IBEROAMERICA and of course SER MAS, what we want to do is to promote this regions to send many Mexicans and give them an excellent AIESEC Experience in those regions.

Weeks ago we had the National Outgoing Preparation Seminar with 57 delegates from all AIESEC Mexico - people, who received preparation before the internship, preparation for cultural shock, personal and professional impact. Now they are ready to go abroad and be the next Mexican ambassadors.

Right now in Mexico we have 55 Interns from 20 different countries, and 57 Mexicans abroad in different countries, for example, Jordan, Germany, Canada etc.

AIESEC in México is getting ready to celebrate 45th National Anniversary and 60th International Anniversary.

In June 2008 we will have the central celebration (specific date for confirm it), at Mexico City! To show, to share and to celebrate what we have been doing, and what and how we envision!

This Celebration will have a forum during the day and at the end of the same day a Stakeholders Gala, where we will have different entities of AIESEC (Alumni, Companies, Embassies, Members, Universities, Families, and Media Partners)

In order to increase our communication inside AIESEC Mexico and make it more qualitative, was made restructure of our communication platform - Boards (www.aiesec.org.mx/boards).

These changes made system more structured and have better permission to information control.
Now we have special section for external stakeholders, where they can see and contribute to discussions about our Events, Projects, and Conferences; see testimonials from our EPs and trainees and follow our news.

For finance Xtreme Team, VPs and members, but also for every member, who wants to know more about finance applied into AIESEC, MC together with National support team organize finance training with goal to increase understanding of finance management.

Trainings will be given for:
North (Culiacan, Monterrey and Juarez) November 17th and 18th on Monterrey city!

Center and south (DF, Guadalajara, Puebla and Veracruz) November 24th and 25th on Puebla city.
